What we are especially glad to help with
- Corrections to device data. Manufacturers change specs and compatibility lists grow. If a figure on a model page is out of date, send it with a source and we will fix it promptly.
- Calculation errors. The formulas are open on every calculator page. If a number does not add up, send us the inputs that produced it.
- Missing models. If your NAS model is not here yet, let us know.
What we do not do
We are not a data-recovery service or a support hotline. If your RAID array has just failed, contact your device's manufacturer or a data-recovery company — and above all, stop writing to the array.
